Return Policy

Please note that most of the products in the store are made through “Print On Demand” services. If you want to return a product(s), then be sure to return it to the address on your product shipping label. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Also, note that our products and produced by multiple vendors so please make returns and complaints to the correct vendor that supplied you with your goods.

FAQs

Why am I directed to an external website when I’m trying to buy photographic or art prints?

The art prints are sold via, Darkroom.tech (Digital Photography, Film Photography, Digital Art Prints, Visual Art Prints) are not supported on this website's infrastructure. To prevent shipping cost complications, these products are sold through an external “Print on Demand” website. You can buy multiple photographic/art prints through the Darkroom.tech website.

Why can’t I select my country/territory for shipping during the checkout process?

If your country or territory was not included in the shipping locations, then our printing service (Printful) does not ship to those destinations. Those countries and territories unable to receive shipping include Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria, as Printful doesn’t ship to these destinations. Our shipping carriers also don’t offer international shipping to Afghanistan, Bhutan, Brunei, Chad, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, Samoa, South Sudan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, and Yemen. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience.
